• 2 Delicious Steaks are Selected from a rotating selection of Top Sirloin Steaks, Delmonico, Chuck Steaks, Top Rounds, Bottom Rounds, and Sirloin Tip.

• 1 - Roast - Beef or Pork averaging 3 lb average Roast.

• 2 lbs of Ground Beef or Ground Pork, Stew Meat or Fajita Meat

• 2 Heritage Pork Selected Cuts: Pork Chops: Rib Chops, Sirloin Chops, Arm Steaks. or Shoulder Steaks

• 2 lbs of Ground Sausage in multiple flavor options such as Cracked Pepper Sausage, Extra maple, Chorizo, Sweet or Zesty Italian

• Steak Packages may be 2 of the same steak type in 1 package or Larger cuts over 1 lb are 1 to a package)
