The Beef cuts break down to roughly receiving the following:

• About 25% steaks (new york, tenderloin, top sirloin, round steak, rib, T-bone, tenderloin, delmonico, etc.)

• About 35% roasts and specialty cuts (chuck, shoulder, rump, sirloin tip, etc.)

• About 40% ground beef & stew meat

• Freezer size requirements: 16 cubic feet

• Roughly $6,000.00 For a Half Beef, approx. 400+ lbs depending on the animals live weight and hanging weight.

• • Example: A 750+ lb hanging weight yields about 432 to 480 lbs of cuts.

  • At $8/lb hanging weight: $8 × 750 = roughly $6,000 total (≈ 450 lbs of packaged beef)..

    All fees are included (processing, cut, wrap, etc)
